How to delete your account

Deletion works by email: write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We verify it's you, delete it, and confirm when it's done, within 30 days at the outside and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile, always. If you're the last member of your household, the household is deleted too, along with everything in it. If your partner is still in it, your account and personal data are removed, and the household's shared content stays with them.

What lingers briefly

Deleted data disappears from backups and logs as they cycle out on standard schedules. Crash reports and usage statistics already collected age out under Firebase's retention periods; they aren't tied to your household's content.
